Elementary segment

(Class-1 onwards)

The Upper Grades program is designed to extend and enhance the basic skills students need to be successful in school and in life. From wonder and discovery comes understanding. Students are encouraged to think creatively, to be innovative, to explore all the possibilities, and to think for themselves.

Curriculum

The school follows the curriculum of Cambridge System of Studies up to GCE O’ level and at the same time an integrated Hifz Policy. However, for students of Grade –IX and X who opt for Matriculation, the scheme of studies of Karachi board of secondary education is followed. The child at the Al-Yaqeen Education System will have the opportunity to be a Hafiz / Hafizah’ as well as complete his /her O’ level of studies.

Hifz

At the start of the final term of pre-school level-II students have the option of either taking Hifz or join the regular classes. The children, whose parents give their consent for Hifz are put in the Hifz section while the rest are placed in the regular section for Nazra with Tajweed.
The students of the Hifz section study English, Urdu, Maths and Islami Talimat same as the regular section. The children are expected to complete Hifz in ¾ years after starting Hifz in grade –II. After completing Hifz they join regular classes to study for their O’level or Matriculation as per their.
